I don't accept any god-modding. I control my character, you control yours. Please don't attempt to kill Elijah without discussing it with me first-- I'm all up for action threads, but don't appreciate lack of warning.

This is mostly because I find it easier to limit the amount of people that I follow to those I truly believe I will interact well with.
Duplicates:
Sometimes I will follow back other versions of my character, but not every time. Please don't be offended if I don't, sometimes it makes me very anxious!
Triggers:
I'm not particularly easily triggered, so these things don't tend to occur to me. I do try to remember to tag things I think might be triggering, but I'm only human and I do sometimes forget. So please let me know if you need something tagged and I will try to remember it in the future.
Replies:
I tend to prioritize threads that I have the most muse for, so that I can keep my muse flowing. Sometimes I struggle writing, so I enjoy getting on and just letting myself reply to whatever takes my fancy a the time. This doesn't mean that I don't enjoy our threads, but please be patient with me and I will get there eventually.
About
Elijah is the third child of Mikael and Esther, and is currently the oldest living Original Vampire. He is the younger brother of Freya and Finn, and the older brother of Kol, Rebekah, Niklaus and Henrik.
Esther turned Elijah and his siblings into vampires after the tragic death of her son Henrik, wanting to protect them and make them stronger, thus creating the Original Vampires. Not long after turning, Elijah accidentally killed his love, Tatia, and Esther convinced him to lock it away behind a ❛ red door ❜ and clean himself up. As long as he was clean, nothing of what happened behind the red door could hurt him, and no one would know. This became his way of coping with the horrors of his vampirism for the next thousand years.
Elijah is a man of his word, and as such does not make promises lightly. He also chooses those words carefully, using loopholes in his promises where needed. He is not a man you want to be on the wrong side of, and he is fiercely protective of those that he cares about.

STRENGTH/SPEED : Elijah's strength and speed greatly exceeds that of a normal vampire, and as the eldest of his siblings he's the strongest living vampire.
COMPULSION/MIND LINK : As with all vampires in the TVD/TO universe, Elijah possesses the ability to compel humans - but as an Original, he is also capable of compelling vampires and hybrids. He is also capable of allowing mind links with other beings, or accessing their memories.

ATTITUDE : Elijah is a confident man, and carries himself thusly. He is exceptionally charming, and is often considered the more diplomatic of his siblings.

SUMMARY : This verse, for the most part, follows The Originals Canon. The main difference is that Elijah DOES NOT die with Niklaus at the end.
This verse mostly follows the series, but there are a few differences. Elijah doesn't kill himself at the end of season 5, and there are also a few other differences that I will eventually getting around to typing up here.

SUMMARY : This verse places Elijah into the Marvel universe - works for either 616 or MCU canon.
In this verse, Elijah is still an Original Vampire, he simply exists within Marvel canon. It's very unlikely that he will work with the Avengers, but he will likely be known to them as he won't necessarily need to hide his species.
